Charges have been filed against two men accused of sexually exploiting a Garvin County teenager.
Keith Joshua Elendil, 21, of Great Falls, Montana, and Antonio Tyrez Hart, 20, of Jacksonville, Florida, were charged in Garvin County District Court last week after investigators say they sent sexually explicit messages, photos and videos to a 15-year-old girl residing in Garvin County.
