WASHINGTON -- FEMA announced Wednesday that federal disaster assistance is available to the state of Oklahoma to supplement recovery efforts in the areas affected by severe storms, straight-line winds, tornadoes and flooding beginning on April 25, 2024, and continuing.

OKLAHOMA CITY (April 28, 2024) – The Emergency Price Stabilization Act is in effect in the 12 Oklahoma counties hard hit by last night’s tornadoes. The counties are Carter, Cotton, Garfield, Hughes, Kay, Lincoln, Love, Murray, Okfuskee, Oklahoma, Payne and Pontotoc.
